Locations

The South Queensway and North Queensway sites are close to Hastings' Innovation Centre - serviced offices and workshops that are home to over 50 small and medium-sized technology and service firms.

This part of the Hastings area has a large community of technology and manufacturing businesses. These include environmental firm Solar UK, CO2 Efficient and Bioenergy Technology Ltd, along with engineering and manufacturing companies Deutsch, General Dynamics, Marshall Tufflex and Plastipack.

There are a farm shop, convenience store and large supermarket nearby.

The first two Park sites are just four miles from Hastings' town centre and seafront, with two rail stations within three miles.
